On 6th May 2026 The Mayor, Cllr Mike Garner attended the
Consecration Service hosted by The Rt Revd Dr Jabson Watson
at Christ Church, Osborne Road.
The Rt Revd Dr Jabson Watson said “I would like to express my heartfelt thanks for
attending my Consecration Service on 6 May 2026. Having you share on such a
sacred, joyous and meaningful occasion was truly a blessing, and your presence
made the day even more special. I will always remember with great gratitude your
willingness to be part of the celebration and the warmth you brought with you.
Your support and kindness meant so much to me and my family and pray that the
Lord blesses you abundantly. Thank you once again for taking the time to attend
and for sharing in such a joyful and memorable occasion.”
