ALLOTMENT WAITING LIST UPDATE (17th November 2025)
At a meeting of the Environment Committee held on 17th November 2025, it was resolved that the waiting lists for our sites at Norman Road and Prospect Road/Nash Gardens will be closed. This decision will be reviewed on an annual basis at the October meeting of the Allotment and Land Committee.
Allotment holders must reside within the CT10 area.
Allotment Fees and Charges (1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026)
Annual Rent: £4.50 per 25 square meters (25 square meters = One Perch approximately). Minimum charge per plot – £30.00
Water Charge: Based on the previous year’s annual water bill for the site.
