Broadstairs and St Peter’s Town Council was delighted to receive a copy of the recently completed Register of Grade II Listed Buildings.
The three members of the Broadstairs Society team who have painstakingly undertaken the task met Town Mayor, Cllr Mike Garner and Town Clerk, Kirsty Holroyd to present the bound volume which catalogues, pictures and describes more than 130 buildings.
Cllr Garner said, “ We are so grateful to the Broadstairs Society for undertaking this mammoth task. The register will be taken into our safekeeping as a record of the rich and varied architectural heritage in our town.
