Mockett’s Wood update 
We were delighted to welcome Shane, Natasha, Sophie, Jackie, Lisa, and Hayley from @sagauk for a Volunteering Day at Mockett’s Wood in St Peter’s.
Led by our Woodland Officer Neil, the team got stuck into some valuable conservation work — creating dead hedging to close off smaller paths and help reduce erosion. This also supports the formation of a circular route around the wood and provides essential habitat for local wildlife.
The group brought fantastic energy, worked incredibly hard, and made a real impact in helping us progress with our Management Plan for the woods. We’d love to have them back for future volunteering days!
